By accessing or using SOLAY39's smart contract audit services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

SOLAY39 provides automated smart contract security audits using industry-standard tools (Slither) combined with AI-powered analysis. Our Services include:

  • Automated vulnerability detection
  • Security analysis reports
  • Code-level fix recommendations (Professional and Enterprise tiers)
  • Immutable certificate generation and storage
  • Multi-chain support (Ethereum, Solana, BSC, Polygon, etc.)

3. Service Tiers and Pricing

3.1 Free Tier

  • Up to 100 lines of code
  • Basic automated scan
  • Online report access

3.2 Quick Scan - $149

  • Up to 500 lines of code
  • 24-hour delivery
  • Online security report

3.3 Professional - $499

  • Up to 2,000 lines of code
  • 48-hour delivery
  • Detailed exploit scenarios
  • Code-level fixes
  • 1 free re-scan after fixes

3.4 Enterprise - $1,249

  • Unlimited contract size
  • Priority 24-hour delivery
  • Manual security review
  • 30-minute video consultation
  • 3 months re-scan support

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Coinbase Commerce
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
  • Payment is required before audit delivery
  • Refunds are provided only if we fail to deliver the audit report

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete smart contract code
  • Not submit malicious or illegal code
  • Not use our Services to harm others or violate laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of your audit reports
  • Not reverse engineer or copy our analysis tools

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

Our audits are automated analyses and do not guarantee complete security. Smart contract security is complex, and no audit can identify all vulnerabilities.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that your smart contract is secure or bug-free
  • Automated Analysis: Our primary analysis is automated; manual review is only available in Enterprise tier
  • Not Financial Advice: Our reports are technical analysis, not financial or legal advice
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your smart contract's security and deployment

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLAY39 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any losses resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Exploits or hacks of audited contracts
  • Financial losses from contract deployment
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit service.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your smart contract code
  • We retain rights to our analysis tools, reports format, and methodology
  • Audit reports are provided for your use only
  • You may share certificates publicly for verification purposes

9. Confidentiality

We treat your smart contract code as confidential. However, audit certificates are publicly verifiable on IPFS. We do not share your code with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may suspend service for maintenance with notice
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
